ILSE POSADA GORDON is a lawyer who graduated from the Universidad de los Andes. She also has a graduate degree in business law by obtaining a degree in Commercial Law Specialist with details of Honorary Degree from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana de Medellin and Universidad San Buenaventura de Cali. She has graduate studies in Financial Management, Financial Accounting, Financial and Stock Market Operations and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is bilingual Spanish and English, both languages as her first language, and studied at Colegio Bolivar in Cali and Colegio Nueva Granada in Bogota.

She has experience of more than 15 years, gained in the provision of legal advice as outsourcing to leading companies in Colombia. She has accumulated a substantial professional experience in various fronts, standing in the financial law sector and corporate real estate.

Also during the exercise she has represented her clients in litigation before the courts expeditiously and professionally. She managed to acquire good negotiating skills in search of workable agreements for all parties involved.
